• Teachable and willing to serve humbly?
• Wanting to gain practical expereince in the following areas:  worship, youth ministry, children's ministry, prayer, missions, Biblical Justice, community service, spiritual direction, discipleship, church planting??
• Able to read, research, share and learn what you are learning?
• Willing to get your sleeves dirty?
• Willing to give 2 years of your life doing ministry?
• A self starter?
